PTGER2（前列腺素 E2 受體 2 型）屬于前列腺素類受體家族，廣泛分布于皮膚黏膜血 管、免疫細(xì)胞（如巨噬細(xì)胞、T 細(xì)胞）、子宮/氣道平滑肌及中樞神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)，其內(nèi)源性配體 主要為前列腺素 E2（PGE2）；該受體通過(guò)偶聯(lián) Gq 蛋白（升高胞內(nèi)鈣離子誘導(dǎo)平滑肌收縮） 和 Gi 蛋白（抑制 cAMP 并激活 MAPK 通路）介導(dǎo)雙重信號(hào)，參與血管擴(kuò)張、痛覺(jué)敏化、 免疫調(diào)控及平滑肌收縮等生理過(guò)程，其異常激活與銀屑病、哮喘、類風(fēng)濕關(guān)節(jié)炎等炎癥性 疾病，以及 腫瘤免疫逃逸（如結(jié)直腸癌）和神經(jīng)炎癥（如阿爾茨海默病） 密切相關(guān)，成為 抗炎與腫瘤治療的重要靶點(diǎn)。 |
